Mehtab Sadioura: Meditation, Out-of-Body Experiences and the Need for a Guru — Parts 1 & 2

The host warns that ordinary viewers may find this account hard to believe. In this two-part Punjabi conversation, Mehtab Sadioura shares his personal testimony about his family’s jewellery trade and his work in music, and says that music and binaural beats led him into meditation.

Mehtab teaches that the “third eye” is connected with the pineal gland and recounts a first out-of-body experience around 2020, which he later identified as Jing’an Temple in Shanghai. He also describes frightening encounters with what he calls negative energy, the fear they caused, and his father’s illness and death. These extraordinary, medical, anatomical, historical, and extraterrestrial claims are presented only as Mehtab’s personal testimony, not as fact.

In Part 2, he recounts seeing blue lights, meeting “white friends,” experiences he understands as healing, and memories he interprets as past lives. He repeatedly warns that people must not conduct these experiments on themselves.

This is a structured English rendering, not verification or endorsement. The safety warning is central: people must not conduct these experiments on themselves; deeper energy, chakra, kundalini, and out-of-body practices should only be attempted under a living Guru who can guide them personally. Readers should weigh these claims against Gurbani and trusted Sikh scholarship.

The Host's Welcome and a Warning: These Accounts Are Hard to Believe

The host opens with “Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh.” He says that ordinary people will find the accounts in this conversation difficult to believe, while people who have walked a path of meditation or spirituality and experienced unusual things themselves may accept them more readily. He then introduces Mehtab Sadioura in the studio.

The host describes Mehtab as a suniar, or jeweller, whose hereditary trade is gold and jewellery manufacturing. Mehtab says that this work has been in his family from his grandfather's and great-grandfather's time. The host also introduces him as a music director and producer. Mehtab confirms that he lives a normal life, that the ancestral jewellery business remains his main work, and that music began as a hobby.

Mehtab says that when he began making music he knew nothing about digital audio workstations, or DAWs, or about VST instruments and plugins. YouTube and online tutorials were not widely available then. Around 2012, when faster internet became available, he found Cubase and taught himself through the resources he could locate online. He began writing and releasing songs and later worked as a music director and video director for other people.

Jewellery, however, remained the main occupation. He says that thousands of people struggle in music and only one person in a thousand may succeed, while early music work usually produces no income. For that reason music remained occasional. The host says this will be a different kind of interview: a conversation about souls connected with Parmatma, and a journey that began through music.

How Music Led into Spirituality

Mehtab says music brought him toward spirituality: his beginning was from music. His first understanding of meditation was very simple—close your eyes and sit. He says he knew nothing at that point about an astral body, chakras, or kundalini.

He then heard about binaural beats. While exploring the subject, he found online videos showing blindfolded children who were said to be able to read books and ride bicycles through traffic. Mehtab says he wondered how this could be possible and began studying the claims. These observations, questions, and his own interpretation are part of his account of how music led him into spirituality.

The Pineal Gland, the ‘Third Eye’ and Decalcification — the Guest’s Own Explanation

Mehtab explains that, in his understanding, a rice-grain-sized pineal gland sits behind what he calls the third eye, between the ears, and acts as a bridge between the left and right sides of the brain. He says calcification begins with age, especially after the age of 16, like a pipe gradually filling up. In his terminology, decalcification is the technique used to clear it.

He connects this explanation with reports of children supposedly reading by touch or smell without using their sight. He refers to children who appeared on programmes such as Kaun Banega Crorepati and Shark Tank, and to claims that thousands of children have activated this ability. Mehtab says that he activated more than 200 children in third-eye reading at an academy he opened in Amritsar. He says adults cannot do it because the calcification that develops after 16 is difficult to remove.

He uses a computer analogy for the two sides of the brain: he compares the left brain to RAM, or temporary storage, and the right brain to a hard disk, or permanent storage. In his explanation, childhood memories can remain in the permanent store, and the pineal gland provides the bridge between the two sides.

Mehtab also links his account to an older yogic ashram practice in which people hum with the mouth closed, a practice he describes as bramari. He says that the humming creates vibration in the brain. In his account, binaural beats replace that single internal vibration with different frequencies played into each ear. He says children were made sleepy or semi-subconscious, after which the beats were played; he reports that they could then name colours by touch and read words printed in different colours.

These anatomical and scientific claims are the guest’s own and are not established medical or scientific fact. The pineal gland’s known functions are hormonal; ‘decalcification’, ‘third-eye reading’, and blindfold-reading demonstrations are not scientifically demonstrated. Wah.Guru presents them here only as the guest’s account.

His First Experience, Around 2020: ‘The Soul Left My Body from the Crown’

Mehtab reports that around 2020, at about 11 pm, he lay down with earphones and listened to a 38-minute track. He says he listened for roughly half an hour. He describes an energy or vibration rising from his feet, while his body temperature changed. Fear made him open and close his eyes to check the room.

When the sensation reached his chest, he says he panicked. According to his account, a voice told him, “No—don’t stop, keep your eyes closed,” although he did not know where the voice came from. He says the energy then rose like a vacuum, his hair stood up, and his soul left through what he later called the crown chakra.

He reports seeing his body below him and feeling like a helpless witness. He says he felt an unseen hand on his shoulder and began floating “like a rocket with a parachute.” In his description, he travelled at what he calls the speed of light over the sea and tall buildings until he reached a hall.

He describes a white-marble setting with a garden and a four-sided wall. There was, in his account, a tall, milk-white pillar topped by four lion faces. He says these lions did not resemble the lions of the Ashoka emblem or the Sikh emblem. Inside, he saw a white-marble platform and a golden, shining, plate-like object. He describes a unique golden-white flame or light, with no priest present, and says he bowed to it.

Mehtab says an unseen presence turned him toward large white-marble statues and a photograph, and then toward a dark-complexioned, bearded statue with a stern face. He says he bowed to that statue as well. He also says there was another private place that he cannot discuss.

By his estimate, after 20 to 25 minutes, a voice told him it was time to return. He reports travelling back over the buildings and sea. Chinese words struck his forehead so quickly that he could not read them. He says he entered his body, looked at the clock, and saw 3:15 am—about three hours and fifteen minutes after he had begun.

Mehtab insists that this was not a dream. He says he was awake, worked nights, and slept very little. He later reports having this kind of experience hundreds of times, although he describes the first experience as uniquely smooth. Every detail in this section is his report of what he experienced and how he interpreted it, not an established account of the soul, travel, or another realm.

Searching for the Temple: Jing’an Temple in Shanghai

Mehtab says he could not sleep after the experience. He searched Google and asked friends in several countries about a white pillar with four golden lion faces. He says that on the third or fourth day he found a match: Jing’an Temple in China.

The host asks how Mehtab could have worshipped there when he goes to Sheehan Darbar Sahib. Mehtab replies that he had never been to China, knew nothing about its religion, and had never bowed to anyone in that way. He says this left him astonished.

He checked Google’s sky view and says the garden wall, garden, hall, and interior photographs matched what he had reported seeing. Mehtab says he had listened for three or four days to a meditation track from that tradition and believes its frequency carried him there. He says this experience taught him the value of frequencies. That identification and its meaning are presented as his belief, not as independently verified travel or evidence of a supernatural event.

Trials: Negative Energy, Two Years of Fear, and His Father’s Illness and Death

Mehtab describes what he calls negative-energy attacks: pressure and grips, blows, fear, and two years in which he says he could not sleep. He quotes the Gurbani line “ਨਿਰਭਉ ਜਪੈ ਸਗਲ ਭਉ ਮਿਟੈ”.

English rendering: “Chanting the Fearless One, all fear departs.”

He admits that although he could recite this teaching, he could not live it. He says he repeatedly abandoned meditation for 15 days or a month at a time.

He recounts one night after 4 am when, in his description, a black energy as large as a full-grown elephant entered the room and struck his stomach. He says his soul was thrown out, while thoughts told him he would die in his sleep. He surrendered. Then, according to his report, a trishul struck the energy, bells and fragrance filled the room, and he wept, saying that Baba Ji had saved him.

Mehtab reports a Shiv Ji darshan in more than one form: sometimes as a statue, and sometimes as formless clouds, mountains, snow, or eyes. He says this was his last negative attack. He searched for a human Guru but says spiritual figures were difficult to reach or costly to meet. He therefore took Shiv Ji as his Guru and says answers began coming inwardly.

He then tells what he calls the father chapter. In 2021, his father stopped urinating. Doctors discussed dialysis when the creatinine reached two or three, and treatment took place during the corona period, including remote treatment. Mehtab says he visualized dialysis before it was confirmed. He took his father to Alchemist in Chandigarh and admitted him in Panchkula; he says his father returned after ten days.

Mehtab says he later visualized an incomplete recovery, a fall, a coma, and his father’s death, and that these events subsequently occurred. He says he prayed but accepted what was written, because no power can change it. He says he learned there is no benefit in riddhi-siddhi and asked only for God. He also says he spent all his savings on his father’s treatment.

The premonitions, black energy, trishul, darshan and claim that attacks ceased are the guest’s personal account and beliefs. They are presented as testimony, not fact, and are not evidence of supernatural events.

Practice and Frequency: The Four Vak, the Ambrosial Hours and the Naad

Mehtab teaches that there are four levels of vak, or speech. He describes vaikhari vak as ordinary spoken speech. Madhyama, in his explanation, is the inner voice. Paschanti is gut feeling or inner certainty. Para is the root or subconscious level, where he says a wish becomes fixed. He compares para to mercury taking the shape of the vessel that contains it.

In his teaching, an ardas should move from the mouth to a feeling in the heart and then to the root or root chakra. He says the wish should be felt through the whole body rather than merely spoken. He recommends solitude and says that amrit vela—3 to 4 am, the brahm-muhoorat after 3—is the best time.

Mehtab reports that from around 1:30 to 3:30 am he hears what he calls dev-lok or celestial kirtan: bells, sometimes words in Sanskrit or another language, and sometimes sounds he cannot understand, like an aarti. Then, around 3:15 to 3:30, he says the naad begins. He describes it as Om or the sound of the earth turning, and says it is heard only when out of the body. According to his account, the sound changes when detachment occurs. These are his teaching and reported perceptions, not established descriptions of celestial sound or a verified acoustic phenomenon.

The Inner Energies, Amrit Ras and the Body — the Host’s Questions

In response to the host’s questions, Mehtab says that amrit in his tradition is the greatest power, and that what medical science calls semen is connected with it. He says that when the chakras are balanced and kundalini rises, amrit rises drop by drop.

He repeats a claim that the brain is used only in a small percentage—some people, he says, suggest ten, five, or even one percent. He compares the brain’s nerves to something rusted that needs oil or grease. In his account, when the drops reach the brain, “the second world is seen.” These brain-capacity, bodily-fluid, chakra, and kundalini claims are Mehtab’s account and are not medical fact.

He strongly warns that this path requires years of practice and cannot be forced. He says forcing kundalini damages people and that some people have gone mad because of it. He also says that the out-of-body state is unrelated to the sensation of amrit falling. In his explanation, amrit follows a properly balanced chakra system and brings an indescribable sweetness and peace.

These statements are presented as the guest’s teaching and interpretation, not as instruction, diagnosis, or a scientifically established account of the body.

Leaving the Body Deliberately and at Will

Mehtab says practitioners differ, and he does not judge people who spend years in the Himalayas. He says that after balancing the chakras and establishing a practice, he can leave the body within 10 to 15 minutes.

He reports a procedure that begins with two or three minutes of long breathing, with a little holding. He then relaxes the body completely and draws energy upward from the feet. He says other people leave through the throat or other chakras, while he has never left through what he calls the ground chakra.

He claims that he cannot intrude on another person’s privacy, although common places may be visited. He jokes that he travelled without a visa to China and other countries. He describes a world with buildings in the sky, flying cars, and roads made of glass. He also reports fear and panic there, and says energy from the heart chakra pulls him back.

This is Mehtab’s reported experience and should not be taken as an instruction, a safe technique, or a verified human ability. The account does not establish that deliberate out-of-body travel is possible.

Negative Energy, Frightening Faces, and Learning to Tell the Difference

Mehtab says most people become afraid in meditation. He reports that frightening faces appeared to him. At first he stopped, opened his eyes, gathered courage, closed them again, and saw even worse faces. He chanted names such as Vaheguru and Jai Shri Ram, then abandoned meditation for days or weeks.

He compares meditation to nasha, an intoxicating pull, and says that Naam or Vaheguru is an even stronger nasha. He claims that negative energies pulled at his soul while he slept. He says he learned to stop himself by moving his hands or feet and refusing to leave.

In his account, he eventually learned to distinguish negative energy from the divine. He says negative energy comes first and pulls, while Parmatma is known inwardly and does not come so quickly. This distinction, the frightening faces, the energies, and the meaning he gives them are all his personal account and spiritual interpretation, not established fact.

Part 2 — Sections 11–15

Sections 11–15 continue Mehtab Sadioura’s reported testimony. Extraordinary, medical, historical, extraterrestrial, past-life and metaphysical claims below are presented as his account, belief or interpretation—not as established fact or Wah.Guru’s endorsement.

11. The Aliens Question: Blue Lights Over the House

The host asks, in essence, “Did your frequency connect with aliens?” Mehtab says this was completely true. He reports that, after hearing about a future world, he asked during meditation to be shown that world and to be given darshan.

He says that one night at about 10:40 pm, after eating and finishing his work, he went to the roof of his east-facing home. There, he reports seeing seven or eight distant blue lights blinking in the sky. In his description, one light became brighter as another dimmed. He says they were so high that they could not have been aircraft or drones.

Mehtab says he took out his phone and recorded the lights for about a minute and a half. According to his account, they moved from behind the house to the front and then down past the street. He says they did not blink like aircraft lights. He kept the video private because he felt that the lights had given him darshan and then gone. He reports that only his daughter saw them briefly before they disappeared.

This is an unverified personal account. The sighting, its connection to meditation, and Mehtab’s identification of the lights are presented as his belief and testimony, not evidence of extraterrestrial visitation.

Aircraft lights, drones, satellites, balloons and atmospheric phenomena commonly explain such sightings, and a phone video of distant lights cannot establish what they were.

12. The “White Friends” and the Healing of His Mother

Mehtab says that after his father’s death, his mother became seriously ill with what he describes as a dengue-like illness. He reports that her platelet count fell to around ten thousand and that doctors said plasma would be needed. He says he had spent his money on his father’s treatment and had only thirteen thousand left, after already borrowing from everyone he could.

He recalls coming home, closing his eyes, and praying while weeping. He describes seeing, in his mind, a ship on the sea before a huge sun that was partly below the sea. He says completely white beings appeared, whom he calls aliens. According to his testimony, they gave him a smile and disappeared.

Mehtab says his mother’s next test showed her platelets had risen to fifty thousand. He reports that plasma was no longer needed and that she was discharged the next day. He then asked the beings to appear again and says that the same visualization returned.

Later, he says, he felt an injection enter his brain during meditation. He reports that he could not open his eyes or move his arms, and that his soul rotated like a ceiling fan before dropping back into him. He says he heard the words, “Einstein and Langston are behind your this journey.” He searched the names and says he identified one as a neurologist or MD associated with Albert Einstein University in New York.

Mehtab says he is not claiming certainty; he is giving a testimony about what he experienced and how he understood it. The white beings, the visualization, the reported injection, and the connection to Einstein and Langston remain his personal account, not established alien contact, healing, or medical intervention.

Recovery from illness has many possible explanations, including natural fluctuation, treatment and timing. This is not evidence of alien contact or medical intervention. No reader should delay or change medical treatment on the basis of such an account; follow qualified medical advice.

13. Area 51, Past-Life Regression and “Raakal/Rachel”

Mehtab tells a personal story about what he says began with computerized voices asking about a future world. He reports seeing enormous buildings, flying cars and roads made of glass. He says he became afraid and ended the experience.

He then describes hearing a computerized male voice referring to Einstein and Langston. Mehtab says he asked not to be forced. He reports feeling a needle enter him, his arms locking, and an inability to open his eyes. He says his soul rotated and that he later regretted trying this without a Guru or knowing which frequencies he was connecting to.

He also describes conducting a self-guided past-life regression. In his account, he saw a village with only a few poor residents and heard a name he rendered as “Raakal.” He later searched for the name and says he found a small place in the United States near the restricted Area 51. He believes this suggested that he had lived there in an earlier birth.

Mehtab recounts another life that he says involved drowning or murder at sea. He believes the person responsible is someone he meets in his present life. These memories, the name “Raakal,” the connection he draws to Area 51, and the identities he assigns to people are his personal story and belief, not verified history or evidence of reincarnation.

Past-life regression is not scientifically established; memories produced under such procedures are not reliable evidence of past lives, and a matching place name may be coincidence. Area 51 is real restricted military land, but stories linking it to aliens or past lives are not established history. This is the guest’s personal belief and story.

The Host’s Question: What Does Gurbani Say?

The host asks how these accounts can be reconciled with Akal Purakh and the description “Akal Murat, ajuni, saibhang.” He asks how reports of forms, beings, journeys and past lives can fit with the One who is timeless, unborn and self-existent.

Mehtab responds with his own interpretation. He says people recite Gurbani without truly entering it. In his understanding, Nirankar has no form, colour, line or mark, yet can take any form. The One remains nirlep, untouched and unstained, regardless of the forms through which people may experience or describe it.

He links the One to Naad and to Om or Omkar, which he describes as the sound of the earth turning. He quotes the Gurmukhi line “ਲੱਖ ਧਰਤੀਆਂ ਲੱਖ ਆਕਾਸ”.

English rendering: “hundreds of thousands of earths, hundreds of thousands of skies.”

From this, Mehtab argues that other-worldly beings cannot simply be dismissed. He compares frequencies to mobile phones: just as a phone connects when it is tuned to a particular network or frequency, he says different beings or realms may be encountered through different frequencies. He presents this as his interpretation of Gurbani and his explanation of his experiences—not as Wah.Guru’s doctrinal claim, and not as a scientific claim.

14. His Closing Message to Viewers

Mehtab says meditation is the best thing for changing one’s life and understanding the meaning of life. But he gives a strict warning: nobody should conduct experiments on themselves without a Guru. He says he tried it himself, suffered greatly, passed through terrible times, and wept through nights.

Until a person has a Guru, he advises Naam Simran, bhajan and bowing at the Gurdwara. If someone wants to go to the deeper level where chakras are balanced and kundalini is activated, he says this must happen under a Guru. He presents this as advice drawn from his own reported experience, not as a medical or scientific method.

He says the law of attraction is a separate topic that he may explain later. He adds that God gave him more than he imagined. Then he repeats his instruction: do nothing without a Guru. Find a Guru who can guide you physically and personally.

Safety reminder from the guest’s closing warning: do not conduct meditation, energy, chakra, kundalini or out-of-body experiments on yourself without qualified, direct guidance. Mehtab says to wait for a Guru, continue Naam Simran, bhajan and Gurdwara practice, and follow appropriate professional medical care for health concerns.

15. The Host’s Closing Remarks and Sign-Off

The host thanks Mehtab for sharing experiences that some viewers may call miracles or glimpses. He invites viewers to comment on how these experiences felt to them and what they understood from the conversation.

He asks viewers to subscribe to the channel and press the bell so they do not miss future conversations. He closes by saying, “Take care, stay joined to the One, and Sat Sri Akal.”

Safety and care note

The practices described in this conversation carry real risk. Binaural beats, breath techniques, energy drawing, chakra balancing, kundalini activation and deliberate out-of-body travel are not harmless experiments. Do not attempt breath holding, breath retention or forced breathing. Do not attempt to leave your body, and do not try to force spiritual experiences. If meditation or any of these practices brings persistent insomnia, severe anxiety, panic, confusion, disorganised thinking, frightening perceptions, low mood, hearing voices, sleep paralysis or difficulty functioning, stop the practice and speak to a qualified doctor or mental-health professional. Vivid imagery, out-of-body feelings, sleep paralysis, loud inner sounds and sensed presences have many ordinary explanations, including fatigue, poor sleep, illness, medication, anxiety, hyperventilation and intense concentration, and are not proof of spiritual attainment, nor of contact with other beings. Spiritual guidance does not replace clinical care, and no one should change or delay prescribed treatment because of a video like this.
